Shipping and documents
Goods ship under the agreed Incoterm, with commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
How are products sold and packed?
Every product is sold in full export cartons. Each product page lists:
- pieces per carton
- carton dimensions (cm)
- carton gross weight (kg)
With these figures you can work out the number of cartons, the shipment volume in cubic meters (CBM) and the freight weight before you order. Carton volume is length × width × height in meters: a 50 × 40 × 30 cm carton is 0.06 m³.
Can I mix products or order a full container?
- Mixed orders: combine products, sizes and colors in one shipment; mixed cartons are welcome.
- LCL (less than container load): smaller orders share container space with other cargo.
- FCL (full container load): larger orders fill a whole container.

Delivery terms
Which Incoterms do we offer?
An Incoterm defines where our responsibility for the goods ends and yours begins. We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP on request; the agreed term and the named port or place are stated in the offer and on the proforma invoice.

What documents come with an export order?
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list with cartons, quantities and weights
- Certificate of origin
- Compliance documents (e.g., FDA / EU food-contact) on request
If your country needs other import documents, tell us before you order and we will check what we can provide.
How long does an order take?
Lead time depends on stock. In-stock items are picked and packed after the order is confirmed; items that need production or customization take longer. We confirm the lead time for every item in the offer.
Transit time depends on the destination and the shipping method.
How do prices and payment work?
Prices depend on quantities, the product mix, packaging and the Incoterm, so we quote each order individually.
Payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice before your order is prepared.
