Add products to your quote list on the website, set the quantities and send the list with your company details. You can also send product codes by WhatsApp or email. We reply with prices, availability and lead times within 1 business day.

Prices depend on quantities, the product mix, packaging and delivery terms, so we quote every order individually. Sending a quote request is free and does not commit you to buy.

By the carton. Each product page lists the pieces per carton, the carton dimensions and the carton gross weight, so you can plan quantities and freight before you ask for a price.

Stock items are sold in full cartons. Any minimum for the whole order depends on the products and the shipping method, and we confirm it in our offer.

Yes. You can mix products, sizes and colors in one order, and mixed cartons are welcome. Full-container (FCL) orders are welcome too.

Tell us which items you would like to see, and we will confirm the sample options, any costs and delivery. For private-label projects, samples or mockups are part of the approval process.

Payment terms are agreed for each order and stated on the proforma invoice, so both sides confirm them before the order is prepared.

Melamine tableware is serveware molded from melamine resin, a hard, food-safe plastic. It is lightweight and break-resistant, which makes it popular for buffets, room service, pool areas and other busy hospitality settings.

Yes. Our melamine tableware is dishwasher-safe. Use regular detergents and avoid abrasive pads or scouring powders, which can scratch and dull the surface.

No. Melamine is not microwave-safe and should not be used in microwave or conventional ovens. Use it for serving and displaying food, not for cooking or reheating.

Melamine tableware can be used from about −20 °C to +70 °C (−4 °F to 158 °F). That covers chilled displays and cold or warm food service, but not microwaves, ovens or direct heat.

Yes. Our products are made from food-safe melamine. Compliance documents (e.g., FDA / EU food-contact) are available on request.

Finishes include Cream White, Porcelain White, Black, Gray and Red; granite and marble effects such as Gray/White Granite, White Marble and Royal Marble; wood effects (Wood, Walnut); and decors such as Sierra, Callisto, Jupiter, Cappuccino, Sahara, Santorini and Portoro. Each product page shows the finishes that item comes in.

Products are packed in export cartons. Each product page lists the pieces per carton, the carton size and the gross weight, which helps you plan storage, pallets and freight.

Yes. We export from Türkiye to buyers worldwide. Smaller orders can ship as LCL (sharing container space) and larger orders as a full container (FCL); we suggest the best option for your destination in the offer.

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP on request. Tell us your destination port or delivery address and your preferred term, and we include it in the offer.

Yes. Under EXW or FOB terms your forwarder takes over the goods in Türkiye, and we prepare the cartons, packing list and commercial invoice for the handover.

Export shipments come with a commercial invoice, a packing list and a certificate of origin. Compliance documents (e.g., FDA / EU food-contact) are available on request.

Lead time depends on stock and order size, and we confirm it in our offer. Transit time depends on the destination and the shipping method.

Yes. Through our production partners we offer custom logo printing, custom colors and decors, and branded packaging for hotel groups, restaurant chains, caterers and distributors.

No. Melamine Tablewares is a wholesale supplier and exporter, not a manufacturer. Private-label and OEM orders are produced by our production partners, and we manage samples, approval, quality checks and shipping.

Minimum quantities depend on the item and the type of customization, so ask us. Send the product codes and estimated quantities, and we will confirm the minimums in our offer.

Send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) with your preferred print position and colors; Pantone references help. We share a mockup for your approval before production.
