Who is the website for?

The website is a product catalog and quote-request service for businesses such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers and distributors. It does not offer online purchases or online payment.

Product information

We take care to keep product information accurate, but dimensions, capacities, weights, carton details and colors are for guidance. Small variations can occur between production batches, and colors and finishes can look different on screen. Photos may show food or props that are not included. The details confirmed in our written offer and proforma invoice take precedence.

Quote requests, offers and orders

• Prices are not shown on the website. A quote request is an inquiry, not an order, and it does not commit you or us.
• Our offers state prices, availability, lead times, delivery terms (Incoterms) and how long the offer is valid. Availability can change until an order is confirmed.
• An order becomes binding only when both sides confirm it in writing, usually when you accept our proforma invoice. Payment terms are agreed for each order.
• Each order is governed by the terms in our offer and proforma invoice, which take precedence over these website terms.

Private-label artwork

If you send us logos, artwork or designs, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them, and that using them for your order does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We use your artwork only to prepare offers, mockups, samples and your order.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, product photos, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it, link to it and use product information to plan purchases from us. Any other use, such as copying our catalog or photos to another website, requires our written permission. Third-party brand names remain the property of their owners.

Acceptable use

Please use the website lawfully. Do not try to disrupt or overload it, gain unauthorized access to it, or send spam or false information through its forms. Automated access must respect our robots.txt file.

Links to other services

The website links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
